Please Sir,

                   Suggest me how the defence may be benifitted, if damaged car is not made case property and not produced in court neither released from court nor from police station. Suggest the provision or citaion in defence.

Whoever commits mischief and thereby causes loss or damage to the amount of fifty rupees or upwards, shall be punished with imprisonment of either descripttion for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.
