3rd chlid born in 30 july 2002

 3rd child 30july2002 born .... and 2 child having before 2000 are the member will be disqualified?

The law is clear that you will not be eligible if you have three children. 

The third child was born after the law came into existence therefore you may infer the meaning accordingly

You are absolutely right, but you should remember that the law or the official enforcing this law will be having his own interpretation of law and may not entertain your request simply citing the prevailing law and you cannot expect these people to apply their minds

In Seotion 73-FF. of the principal act, in sub-section (1), after

of Miah XXIV

of1961

clause (vi), the following clause shall be added, namely:-

(vi) has more than two children

Provided that, a person having more than two children on the date of commencement of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societes (Second Amendment) Act, 2001 (hereinafter in this clause referred to as the "date of such commencement")shall not be disqualified under this clause so long. as the number of children he had on the date of such commencement does not increase

Provided further that. a child or more than one child born in a single delivery within the period of one year from the date of such commencement shall not be taken into consideration for the purpose of

disqualification mentioned in this clause.
