354 d , 66A IT act

Dear expert .. My cousin sister file a case of 354d and 66 A it act against me....we have alredy some property court case ....she file this case for bring me in more difficulty ....I have some discussion on Facebook for existing case ....she make as evidence that talk.... Today I got bail from court and police told to me come again on 16th ... I am very much difficulty ...what will done ...magistrate give me bail or send me in jail.... Please advice

354 D - stalking is a bailable offence so u will get bail as a matter of right and u will not be sent to jail. read section 354 D I.P.C. and as far as section 66A of the I.T. Act is concerned, there is a judgement of hon'ble supreme court by Hon Justice B.S. Chauhan and Hon. Justice Dipak Mishra in a petition filed by Jaya Vindhyala in which Hon'ble Bench said that police should obtain prior approval of an officer not less than the rank of Inspector general of Police before arresting in matters of section 66A of the I.T. Act.
