354 anticipatery bail

my wife slaped in in family court. and my mother in law filed FIR against me of 354 that I tore her clothes.now IO prepared charge sheet.in it he mentioned that first my wife slapped me then I beaten them.
now IO saying that I came to police station. he arrested me for 1 day than magistrate will give me regular bail bond.should I rely on him or we should go for anticipatory bail.I am not recieving his phone .so he is going my home again and agian

Dear Quriest,  it would not be appropriarte to g adivce you without the copy of FIR.

In section 354 of I.P.C there are sub sections too i.e 354A/354b/354c and 354D.
