35 years back file for civil suit, rti apllication

We need a thirty years back file copies form collector office for a court case, But public authority give under RTI application up to twenty years file copies only, I have any other way to get that file??

You can go for appeal under R.T.I. proceudure.

Sir, issue is PIO can reject above 20 years file copies as per Act. If we go for appeal appellate authority confirm PIO decision.
