340crpc appliucable for divorce

the nri husband obtained expartee divorce under sec13 i a saying that consumation of marraige was not done and his wife is not willing to join with him or his parents in india

the process was done that he has sent notices to vacate house of wife wantedly and filed the petion with in 8 months of marraige and while filing chief affidivit the person is in judicial custody but the attestation advocate declaled that he was worn and signed in front of him and misleades the court  the wife noticed that while filing the petion on said dates the person is not in india and he was in abroad

before filing the 498a petition only the husband was expartee in divorce but regarding this he did not disclose in bail petition or charge sheet and any where

regarding the chief affidvit filed while he was in judicil custody and for false allegations is wife can file 340crpc on him and laready at setaside petiotn the wife dislosed all the afacts and in setaside petition the court clearly mentioned he played fraud upon the court regarding the fraud play what action the court will take

this is  a gender biased forum having male bias.  here, women are not respected and ill treated. Had you been a man and asked the same question, you would have got a lot of help by the forum members with model forms that how to file a complaint under Section 340 and also supreme court and high court judgements on perjury etc. and the definitions of perjury understood by indian courts and foreign court etc.   So, now change your i.d. as a man and post your question from the side of the man as if your wife has betrayed you and you will get a lot of sympathy and advises.

Truth is blind of gender - if you just expect a favorable treatment because of being in gender -- you need to correct a mindset.
