324 of ipc is bailable or not

Quick Summary
Section 324 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) deals with voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons or means. According to the Code of Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Act, 2005, Section 324 IPC is classified as a non-bailable offence. This means that bail is not a matter of right and requires court permission.
