One person suicide and note names of our 4 family members in that and complain police to under section 306.
How will we get bail from it.

Section 306 of IPC, which is Abatement to suicide is a non-bailable offence. If the arrest is made you can apply for regualar bail but it would be really tough to get one so I suggest that you get a good lawyer and ask him to further move to higher courts if the bail gets rejected in the lower courts.
