302/304(B) - confession Report Influence

Good Morning Dear learned,

          A case was booked on me against the section 320/304(B).

          I was arrested and police made me to sign of confession report.

          I dont know what even written in it. I blindly singed it while I was about to be produced in the court.

          I think definetly they might had written that I killed victim and harssed her to death.

          How does the confession report show the INFLUENCE in the case?
