3 wheeler auto rickshaw

dear learned advocates

The 3 wheeler autorickshaw is outside our society which is in our housing society's name . The rickshaw drivers are not going for short distances they deny the passengers and also go for long distances can we file case against them

whom should we approach

Make a written complaint to the RTO of the concerned district and if the RTO doesnot take any action then file a case against the RTO and the auto rickshaw vehilce number owner as parties.

Is there any agrement between the Auto rickshaw driver and the association, if so then the association can put pressure on the auto driver with a threat to terminate the agreement and throw away the auto out of the association complex.

Have you made a complaint to the association secretary in this regard?

If the auto driver is refusing to take the passengers to the place of their choice you can lodge a complaint against him with the local police about this misconduct of the auto driver.
