You must add that you have not been paid salary hence waiting for the salary and salary slips and are at home awaiting instructions and narrate all previous representations by phone/emails (mention dates/numbres/names/minutes of discussion etc) and try to ward of any allegation of absenting/absconding.....................termination/liablity of notice pay etc.
Try and firm up your next venture ASAP.

Dear Mr Rohit,
Your salary cannot be stopped within the purview of law;sequecne of actions is required and the employee will understand the implications wihtin a month.
All is required is the copy of your Agreement /Offer letter for working out the correct sequential actions.
