2nd National Conference on Corporate Compliance & Role Of Directors Excellence for achieving better Corporate Governance

As a part of our on-going drive for initiating debates on important national and international issues facing corporate world, we plan to hold a 2nd National Conference on “Corporate Compliance & Role of Directors” on Friday, 15th  February, 2013 in New Delhi.

We have Invited Shri Sachin Pilot, Hon’ble Minister of State for Corporate Affairs (I / C), Government of India to inaugurate the Conference.

Few business organizations realize that the stake holder’s aspirations have profoundly altered the market landscape. Unless Directors understand and appreciate the enormity of changes and learn strategies to deal with them, they will not be as effective as they are expected to.

The problem of corporate mis-governance stems from the lack of effective exposure in company Directorship. Corporate governance is not part of any regular course syllabus even in a major business schools. This is despite the fact that the Boardroom reforms introduced in most countries have put the onus of responsibility on Directors. Directors sometimes face accountability norms after failing to discharge their fiduciary roles. The Conference attempts to provide a unique experience sharing platform on the roles and responsibilities of Directorship and the knowledge about the emerging issue of corporate governance.

Further, to convert this Conference as a real time business development opportunity, we also attach Sponsorship Opportunities format for your kind consideration. The Conference will be attended by the top functionaries of corporate world, Top Govt. officials from GOI, Banks, FIIs and other stakeholders. Your sponsorship will go a long way in reaching out to a large audience for a multiplier effect.

We look forward to receive your nominations and sponsorship proposal soon so that we may put the LOGO on our Website and give wider publicity in print / electronic media while promoting the event.

We invite your organization  to join us a key Sponsor / Participation and avail the opportunity to address the Conference and in the process identify some excellent potential clients attending the Conference. Alternatively, you may consider nominating 3- 4 senior officials / Directors who will undoubtedly benefit from the proceedings a great deal.
