250 crores villas project in rural bangalore without any government authorization

Hello, I am a Real Estate Broker and I finalized a deal for 30 Acres farmhouse plots project. And now both the builder and the landlord are denying to pay my commission. In the name of farmplots they are doing a villa project Near Bangalore Rural. Without any conversions and government authorization. I want someone from Bangalore who could help me file a case against both the parties and bring a stay for the project. By doing so they will be able to give my commission and major scam could be avoided. I am ready to share a percentage of the commission with the advocate who could help me out. Thank you

- The most effective route is to file a composite civil suit for commission recovery and injunction against builder and landlord, in the civil court, relying on contract, and local law violations for interim and final relief.
- It has to be filed with 3 years from due date.
- A case under RERA case also be intiated if the project is registered.
