Could anyone help me with the current status of the stay given for the penalty u/s 234E of Income Tax Act in Kerala High Court (Narath Mapila's case).
I have received a demand notice (intimation u/s 154 of income tax act,1961)regarding payment of interest u/s 220(2) for the financial year 2012-13.
Is this challengeable or should I pay the interest as demanded in the intimation sent to me.
