We have first hearing coming in next week
A1,A2,A3,A4,A5 in 498A case
My query is is it possible to file 205 petition on first hearing for A2-A5 ?will the judge accept it?

yes, it can be possible if the reason for non-appereance is sufficient then court may allow the application.

i advice you to appear before the court for this first hearing and then u can seek relief under section 205.
