we are muslims from andrapradesh my sister is govt employee...my brother in law also govt employee, we did marriage acording muslim law...he did second marriage acording to muslim law...my doubt is if muslim govt employee he can do second marriage without dievores.....

He is allowed to marry a second wife and it does not matter whether he is govt servant or not.

govt. servents, (eventhouh personal law allows), are not allowed as per CCS conduct rules.
