2 imp questions. pls pls pls reply

dear sirs if the anticipatory bail in sessions court is rejected then what is the time period to appeal in high court for the bail? second question is if there r two accused in 420 case then can the trial proceeds in terms of evidence and all if one accused havent yet surrendered? pls reply sirs. thank you.
