I am working in a company full time, however I am a member of cooperative society where I have a flat booked
My society want me to handle books of accounts for that society. Can I do so without breaking contract with my employer
I will not hold any position in society, just do the work without any responsibility. Can I do so?

If your employer is not having any objection for you to be deployed in a different place during your leisure time, then you can proceed.
It depends on the terms of your employment.
Moreover your second employment should not hamper your principal employment.
