13b mutual divorce help needed

Hello all need advice from u expert people

Married on 15 march 2013

Seperation start 15 april 2013

Now when should i file mcd some people say i can go for first motion after one year i.e on 16 april 2014

My second question time talen to file petition and when case come up for first motion and process after that

A minimum period of at least one year should have passed after the date of marriage to initiate the legal process for divorce, so calculate the dates accordingly. If the wife is ready, file it on the next date of the second year of marriage, do not worry about the 1st motion or the second motion, if both are firm enough to break the marriage, you should be getting it in a period of six months from the date of filing.
