138NIA-Different Lawyers for Different Partners
In a 138 NIA trial against a partnership firm 4 different partners (accused) put up 4 different Lawyers. On the day of the Cross Examination of the Complainant what is the proper legal course for the Court to Follow?
To ask all the 4 lawyers to Cross Examine the same day?
And while one of the Lawyers is Cross Examining would it not be appropriate for the other Lawyers to remain outside of the Court?
