How the jurisdiction of the cheque bounce case is decided. For example, if I issue a cheque from a bank in chennai to a person who present it to say, Coimbatore. Will cheque bounce case be filed in Coimbatore or chennai. but he filied the case in his Lawer Jurisdition and the judgement also favour to him in lower court so what I should do in this situation ., My question is wheter i have to file the appeal in district court or have to move against the judgement in high court .,
plz help me in this regard
