cheque isssuef by proprietary concern in favour of pvt ltd company.which was dishonered .i have issued demand notice on behalf of ltd co to the proprietary concern.unfortunately issued only inthe name of concern only not in personal.i have issued notice on 14/2/2020.he received on 17/02/2020.any suggestion to rectify the notice pls.i am asking 141 of ni act pls any sggrstion.

Dear querist,

Now you cannot correct it as already one month has passed. Try to redeposit cheque again and send legal notice again. As per me you can still file complaint.
