i have a loan.. i completed all install ment of that loan and the last installment i cant paid , its amount is 2800 now company send me a letter that contain 138 act , so what i shoul do ..

It is your duty to pay all the instalments. If u r not in a position to pay last instalment, bring to the notice to the bank manager immediately,. So that he may give some relief to some extent.

The Banker has all the rights to sue you, irrespective of the fact that you have paid all the earlier instalments in time.

i went to the manager but they wantd 4500 instead of 2800, now waht i do i pay 4500 or wait for court decision.
