if any interim or main order has been passed by the competent court of jurisdiction with regard to maintenance of child and wife and the respondent is not paying the same, salary can be attached / can be taken into custody/ any other movable or immovable property belongs to respondent can be attached  as per the discretion of the court...rest you have to mention in which section and in which Act order has passed by the court.
