125 crpc+ dv+rcr

Hi, Any one clarify. 1. Wife filed 125 crpc in HC. Court asking her evidence. She not coming court. 2. She filed DV main petition 12 is pending after 23 sec 18 and 19 now interim order passed by MM just an d proper. I got stay in HC and also paying maintence in HC. My question is what happen DV case everything false. And i am hindu. And marriage is registered under chirstian act. Continous harass i cant able to file any case against her. But i sent a legal notice. I.am thinking shall i go for RCR. where i file last living place or already case in HC shall i file.along with 125 Please reply
