I am defending 125 crpc. Alsready interim maintenance was provided to my wife and son. Now I will
be putting 127 crpc.what will happen to 125 CRPC case? The 125 CRPC cases is posted for her cross examinations.

How can you file a s.127 case when no final maintainance is granted in s. 125?? Without there being any judgment in s. 125 case there cannot be a case u/s. 127...
