125 cprc maintinace

hi,

my wife file 125 Crpc Case against me. i was ex party .but recall on next date.but her statement has been done and submit my salary slip as a proof for my salary. one more thing our 1 month baby with her.

on this date CJM gave me next and last date for submit the WS. what should i do now?

You are liable to maintain her.

If she is working, no maintenance to her. But you need to proove that.

But you need pay for ur baby, no matter she works or not.

Why did u let it go expartee...are u nuts.....??? File ws and objections to her allegations. Why 125filed.....boss its a crpc n not hma so don't take lightly...even arrears would be recovered. Whats the reason...? If she left deny maint on desertion from her side. Hurry ...do not spoil image in front of magistrate. It helps in maintenance.
