Hello,
Can anyone suggest, That is there any limitation on Lease and Licence agreement for Banking Institution.
That a bank cannot lease a premises more than 7 years? or can a bank lease property for building up its branch for more than 7 years,

Each bank has its own policy and it is reviewed periodically.

There is nothing like limitation. It is the will of the lessor and lessee. They depend upon the guidelines of the Banking institutions.
