Please help me understand what is "Due Section - Only Farad Order".
My husband has filed WP in High Court in February 2017 against maintenance passed by both the courts Family Court & MM Court. There was Ad Interim for almost 5 months and the next date after vacation i.e.15th July but due to vacaion in High Court, there was change of court room and Judge. But because new Judge and new court room, proceeding papers did not reached the new court room / Judge. By default the court office has given next date 19th December.
Does this means the Ad Interim is vacated? Because the Judge mentioned no order on 15th July till next date i.e. 19th December. But now, on the court website it says against the "Coram" icon the Judge's name and against "Action" it says "Due Section - Only Farad Order"
Could any body please help me understand, what is "Due Section - Only Farad Order" ?
