Sapinda marriages are void under Hindu law. Unless a custom prevails in your family, this marriage is void. But since it is not crime, you cannot go to police station.

Only thing that can be done is wait for the marriage to happen and then approach the court for declaring the marriage null and void on this ground Under Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
