	The Gujarat high court quashed the state government's 10% EBC quota for upper caste families with low income on Thursday, saying income could not be considered a basis for social backwardness of a community. The state government is set to challenge the order in the Supreme Court.

A visionary judgement. We can do far more good to everyone fairly, equitably, transparently without reservation than with it. Let the brains & concepts not get impacted on & on. Let someone not be pampered all the life even if there is nothing too big; while another be made to suffer all the life even if s/he is otherwise much better, more deserving. Let there be no room for any arbitrary yardsticks whoever, whatever. Let there be no stopping some excellent person, whoever. But let everything be one time coupon / happening & the next coupon be based on the Facts at that point of time & not a matter of right. Let there be no lifetime happiness / miseries to anyone. It is already 70 years of merriments / sufferings. It is imperative to change India's policies. All Reservations, whatever, whereever GOOOOOO.

The judge who reached ther will also belong to that cast then it is noting but obvious to use these kind of double standards.

The Gujarat HC Order in the post at # 5 has got challenged in SC. Thank God, the SC has not "Stayed" the trend setter Order.

1. 'Constitution' was not tabled, passed at the 1ST instance.

2. Reservation was thrust by an overnight 'Office Order'. - Even going by it, it was for 10 years. Then on the 571s, 261s have stage managed politics, made 100 amendments & 18 of them pertain Reservation, its extension, modification, increase etc etc. 

India can definitely achieve all desirable things without creating earthquakes in somebody's life on artificial factors or on those that are beyond one's control (many many people earn much more, but stage manage & show their income to be less just for benefits & there are threads that speak of false income certificate, caste certificate etc). Let the objective be to realise an India that is in actuality fully fair, equal, transparent to all the citizens immaterial of who, what. Let nobody be more equal than the other. Let someone not keep on enjoying on & on at the cost of the other man. The noose is so tight that no amount of ingenuity, hard work, nothing at all works for him/her in such a caustic environment that prevails now & demeans the victim so much that s/he repents the very birth.  Let there be enough for all to sustain one's life. But let there be NOOOO room for life tiime of luxury to some one just on artificial factors. Everyone's blood, toil is equally important.

Enough is enough is ENOUGH DEFINITELY. RESERVATION GOOOO ONCE FOR ALL, TOTALLY, IMMATERIAL OF WHO, WHAT.

In the above context,

1). Constitution HAS NOT BEEN passed by the elderly generation.

2). The Rules have been borrowed & some people have added A LINE ON RESERVATION. (It is in actuality GRAFT, but involving the fence that need protect the grass. Nothing shaked & is now eating up everything). Then on, political manoeuvres are thrusting it on & on.

5). What happened should not keep repeating on & on perpetually. It is already 70 years. 3 generations have already suffered. DEFINITELY NO MORE OF THIS, WHATEVER, WHOEVER. Noone need die for want of basic needs. But RESERVATION IS NOT THE MEANS. The aspects that are not fitting the changed scenario means that the limits thrust by the amendments have also crossed. Thus, they SHOULD NOT be modified on & on by more graft; done with punitiveness, all with authority. It kills the unseen in a new way. Reservation is definitely double standards, UNWELCOME. - Is the victims' blood, sweat, ambitions, hopes not worth respecting?

All are equal. All be punished / rewarded proportionately in case of sin / contribution. Reservation IS NOT, CANNOT BECOME A RIGHT, PERPETUAL ETC. ALL RESERVATION GOOOOOOO FORTHWITH.

The Rajasthan high court expects Hardik Patel, who had spearheaded the Patidar movement in Gujarat, to work for the unity of the nation instead of a community and its reservation.

In his comments during the hearing of the habeas corpus petition on Monday moved by Patel, the division bench said that Patel's efforts for his community should instead be for the nation and the weaker section. “You belong to the community and the state Sardar Patel belonged to. He had worked for the integration of the entire nation and not for a community ,“ said justice G K Vyas.

He further asked, “Is it becoming of you to work for a specific community despite being from Patel's land and his community? He had put his entire might and life for this nation.“

	Panel for backward classes wants Bharat Ratna for Phule, Mandal   The National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC) has recommended Bharat Ratna for social reformer Jyotiba Phule and B P Mandal, former parliamentarian who served as the chairman of the Mandal Commission which had recommended 27% quota for OBCs. The recommendation is learnt to have been cleared at a recent meeting of the commission. It is to be noted that recommending awards for champions of backward classes is not the mandate of the commission.

The probe order from CIC came after the commission came across 49 certificates that were forged. Information commissioner Yashovardhan Azad noted in his order that practices and procedures devoid of transparency end up being a “breeding ground” for malpractices of fraudulence, manipulation and corruption. “Upon perusal of the aforementioned facts and submissions of the case, gross irregularities have surfaced in this case, showcasing over 49 fake birth certificates,” he said. Azad added that it was appalling that such a heinous crime was being committed in an unbridled manner, right in the capital where maximum legal checks and safeguards are expected to be in place for smooth governance and providing best of civic amenities to the citizens. The commissioner, a former IPS officer, found that the fake birth certificates were issued by the north body merely on the basis of hard copies of certain orders purportedly issued by the SDM’s office. For all the 49 fake birth certificates issued, there was no corresponding soft copy of the same SDM orders available online on the Delhi government website. “As is evident, procedures were twisted and rules/policies and laws violated for creating fabricated documents. These forged documents were created without any cross linking or cross referencing,” he said.
