The Judicial system in Our Country is very old system, but it is very good and needful to the people of this Country.  But due to the old system the victims could not get the justiece in proper way and upto the mark.  Because, the accused may be punished.  But the compensation is not giving to the the Victims.   The compensation in our Indian Penal Code still following the old rules and regulation and same imprisionments to the accussed.   The compensation should be changed.  The salaries of the every employee and Legislator was doubled and increased very highly and aslo the rates of the commodities also wastly increased.  Then what about the compensation for the Victims.  Why, the Parliament not amanding the about the compensation to the Victims.   The Accused should be imposed very high compansation apart from the imprisionment

Ms.Mahalakshmi, Your views are correct. I tell you one more thing, I tried to count the number of legislations enacted in India. I could count around 3895 acts. Apart from these there are several local rules those are also equally valid. I have taken this data through internet. There are several other acts not updated in the erecord. I noticed another funny thing. Kerala State is having more than 365 legislations. Andhra Pradesh haivng 28 and Bihar not more than 10, Maharastra 167 or some thing. If you analyse the condition of the state on any aspect, every state is one and same. The sate is having more acts are not growing or shinig heavily and the state, which is having very less enactment are not destroyed. Both are looks like. Our Judges are not fair and lacking moral and Politicians, it is universal trouth that they dont have any shy or shame for their acts and activities. It is required to abolish all useless act and to bring simple, transparent and loop holes free. Only diterent punishment can control the crime.
