Ruchika case and failue of the entire System

fully agree with the views expressed by Mr. Victor Cooper. After suffering from the personal hands of a famous politician like Shri Jyoti Basu, I made study, that why such a situation is developed in the country, where 'Rule of Law' is not effective in the matters, where Politicians directly or indirectly are involved for any reasons whatsoever? I suffered one severe attempt to murder with 42 stabs on my entire body, but was engaged to protect the criminals named in FIR. I further suffered another unsuccessful attempt to murder. My younger son of then 18 years age also suffered Severe attempt to murder through a staged Truck Accident, on 22/02/1990 which was staged under Police Protection and help and nothing done by Police against criminals and finally I was compelled to flea from Kolkata and I lived under hiding state from 1993 to 2002 in Delhi . In 1993, Mr. A D Giri (Ex-Solicitor-General of India), on my behalf appointed Mr. Gopal Subramanium, Sr. Advocate to file a Writ Petition in Supreme Court. Mr. Gopal Subramanium,(Now Solicitor General of India) cheated me even after taking fees against receipt. As such in 2003, I personally filed a Writ Petition before Supreme Court (after background the  prayers of the Petitions are referred), but for my utter surprise Supreme Court Registry refused in writing even to Register my Writ Petition. This was a more serious result, because the then Chief Justice of India Mr. Ahmadi amended Supreme Court Rules, misusing his powers and misguiding fellow Judges of Supreme Court by keeping them in dark about the basic object and result of the amendment, though amendment was unconstitutional as unconstitutionally it assigned the Supreme Court's Powers to Registrars to refuse to register any Writ Petition.
 
My earlier study gave me the result that Parliamentarians should have been responsible to make appropriate laws for the country, but they are not accountable by the system itself to do their job, because their product is based on faulty election system, whereas they are controlling all powers in their hands to misuse the entire system. THis is the reason that corruption is not a matter of concerns for the politicians. All the perks and future appointments of the Supreme Court Judges after their retirements in the Commissions etc are are not regulated by any system but under full control of the Politician as such they are not hesitate even to deliver injustice to a person if he is victim of any politicians or from the system, as I have been experinced in my case(s). THerefore this is my firm views that removal or reduction of the corruption from India is not possible till, we not reform the election system for election to Legislatures making it accountable to Public.
 
Even today our Press is fully commercialised since its control is in the hands of the handful of the people, like Mr. Prabhu Chawla. I send my matter, but instead of highlighting the matter, he became silent for the obevious reasons of some hiding benefits. Now his son's name is appeared in a very big controversy.
 
After the background of my suffering, the Prayers of my Writ Petition are referred below. My Writ Petition was refused by the Supreme Court Registery to Register it as a Writ Petition, justifying that Supreme Court in India is only for Multimillionaires, and not for those, whose are sufferrers from any influential part of the system. My each complaints in this regards to Chief Justices of India are put in the dust been, since it is a matter of fact that CJI's are also human beings and wants all benefits which a human being may deserve.
