There may be another reason for insisting to get the Notice published in LEADING Newspaper having vide circulation in the locality. There are some small paper publications who are willing to prepare advertisements of Notices, on an earlier issue date, eg. one month earlier date, when the '7 days Rule' is challenged. From the computor settings, they would delete some portion of the original publication, substituted with the Possession Notice of earlier date.
