| The amendment will only encourage crimes and criminals. Till illiteracy is totally wiped out from the country and all our masses of people as well the politicians are well read and educated, such amendments would do more harm than any good and I strongly oppose to the same. | |

| The present CrPC amendments on arrest of accused will leave the public to cry for justice. Only erring criminals particullarly the politicians will be benefit out of this. Moreover the Police will have an upper hand and the lawyers community in general will have set back. | |

| No I don't think so, as the amendment will make the police more currupt as, they can arrest a person on the suspicion of commiting an offence punishable with imprisonment up to 7 yrs, by giving a reason in writing, here police will bargain with the accused in order to not to arresr the accused. It will also invite complications in the casees where the Accused is unknown. | |
