Because, Judge is know batter than non law person.

Ofcourse,I'm positive for that after appointing the court managers, these manager will change the condition of court system.

Yes this will facilitate the Judicial officers in quick disposals of the pending cases.

yes it is mandatory to improve system . for this we need effective managed system followed by managers .
