Indian Judiciary should be neat & clean just like mineral Water of India. As as advocate of high Court of Rajasthan, Jaipur seen lot of biasness in giving judgment eg Honorable Justice P.P.Navloker towards advocate lady Nana Shraf.

yes, absolutely correct. I know two cases where it is clear that they have been approached by the defeating party as inspite of deciding in our favour later on in the next date they absolutely turned their stand which were astonishing for us. but we couldn't do any thing except to see all this injustices being done by the justices of india.

It is not good for the higher or highest judiciary. Those judge should be impeached or they would resigne their post so the blaim is not become a nasoor in the judicial system. Our judicial officer or judges appointment procedure may be change or review as soon as possible.

We cannot generalize the whole issue. Our lawyer's community instead of generating such corrupt judges must expose and eliminate them from the Judiciary.

As india has its pride in world community for its faith trust belief in human civilizations and i expect it should be kept high. The delays in judiciary and frustration among the victims who has to give up all his pleasure and running after court one upon the higher make doubtful of judicial function in right direction.
