it could really help them to study subjects of law in a new dimension. Generally a lawyers interpretation will be different from students. Therefore, it is must for every student to be apprentice before enrollment. Thank you..

before enrolment no permission should be given to the un-enrolled LLB student. he can be trained as a clerk but not as a Lawyer

My answer was yes, becasue a Law Student after completion of his studies should under go traning in a manufacuring company by that the knowledge which he will explore will be much greater than others.

No apprentice system is warranted after undergoing prescribed course of education in law from a recognised institution. Such apprenticeship system would in effect be an unnecessary compulsion for bonded labour by a legal professional which cannot be legally tenable. Further, no such apprenticeship system is mandatory for any other professions, e.g.Doctors, Engineers, Company Secretaries, even for Bureacrats, etc., Those who are advocating such apprenticeship system are aiming to exploit their junior lawyers for their own selfish motives. I, for one, cannot understand as to why ther seniors are interested to make the legal profession a second class bonded labour ?

Some law students are coming to practice after enrollment without basic knowledge of the legal system. Like House surgeon in Medical field, in Law practice also, a 6 months time to be given to research Various Court procedures.
