Relief for Deepak Chaurasia in Asaram case

A Division Bench comprising of Justices D. P. Singh and Mohd. Tahir of the Allahabad High Court stayed the arrest of Editor-in-Chief of India News, Mr. Deepak Chaurasia, in connection with a FIR lodged by a follower of Asaram Bapu, following a programme on Asaram Bapu that was allegedly concoted.
