Hello Kumar Doab, 

Just wanted to ask if there is a legal provision where the employer can ask back for the money he has paid so far. 
There was no mention of this (asking for money back) at any point before relationship between me and the employer broke down so does he have a case when asking back for the money paid to me so far? 

And also, how is the employer likely to react if I were to call the company and tell them that I will be pressing legal charges if my work experience is not provided and dues not cleared? Also, I have some contacts with the police so should I go through the police?
