My wife and me agreed to file mutual consent divorce. however earlier family court grant her a maintenance before we agreed for mutual divorce. MOU was signed and first motion application is also file. Now she's saying that she will withdraw her maintenace case on the day High Court Quash the FIR.

Is there any judgment/guidelines regarding that all the cases should withdraw before or second mothion.
