Will right

Hi my father wants to write will in favour of me and I have one elder sister and my mother, property was purchased by my father and he is uneducated and earlier he used to sign his signature and know he can't sign because he can't walk and write also. Please advise whether he can put his Thumb impression in will and other conditions required to write an will ? whether my mother and elder sister signature required for writng will ? property was purcahsed by my father and it was not ancesatoral property .
