Will property -building construction

I have constructed a new building in a property which was given to my wife under a registered will by her mother in the year 2005. Now when I am about to inagurate the buiding there is an opposition from her mother not to open the building for other family reasons. Now She is planning to transfer the property to her brother .

Now with all spending of building construction worth more than a crore ,I am not having any hold other than the

construction related expense evidence . My wife is silent on this issue as she is not able to plead with her mother.

How can I stop this legally . I have tried all family settlements.

ANY WILL EXECUTED BY A TESTATOR (WHO EXECUTE THE WILL), THE CONTENTS (MAINLY PROPERTY) OF THAT WILL COME TO FORCE "ONLY AFTER THE DEATH OF THE TESTATOR.  YOUR MOTHER-IN-LAW WROTE A WILL (WHICH WAS REGISTERED).  SHE IS ALIVE.  SO YOUR WIFE HAVE NO RIGHT OVER THAT PROPERTY.  YOUR MOTHER-IN-LAW HAVE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR MODIFY THAT PREVIOUS WILL.
