Hello learned members,
My wife has not come for the DVC case for last 3 hearings. Due to unavoidable circumstance, I did not also go for the last hearing. I missed only the last hearing. Hon'ble judge has given a last chance to file counter in next hearing. I suspect they might not come for next hearing. In that case what should I do?

Will it be dismissed even if the trial is not started yet? What section can I pray for dismissal to honble judge please??
