Ancestral property in adoption case.

For my previous Post on this same subject i understood After Adoption .......Adopted child what ever he/she got a property from his adopted parents will be treated as " Child's ( Adopted) Self acquired " property.

There are plenty of citations to confirm the position of law as opined earlier to your situation. You may search for one through internet and select a suitable judgment
