Why many but not all advocates reluctant about perjury

1. In matrimonial cases Perjury is considered as most suitable medicine to battle against false 498-A and maintenance case.

2. But what I have experienced in last 2 years that most lower court advocates never encaurage their clients to draw battle line streategy/ plan with a eye on filling perjury against false facts given in affidevits, during statement in witness box & during cross.

3. However a lot of encauragement, emphassis and discussion are made in favor of perjury in this forum.

Dear Fried,

Even I have experienced the same problem. Even when I filed in-person then a corrupted District Judge discurraged me to file and move the petition.

This corrupted Indian judiciary system govorned by these corrupted advocates and judges never wish to arive at the truth and actual matrimonial fact to extort you. This is nothing but criminal offence.

Move in-person. If required file Criminal Writ as I have mentioned in my posts.

YES, 100% agree with Rocky that go PARTY-IN-PERSON regarding Perjury.

You need to push it.

Remembr that, PERJURY CAN BE FILED AGAINST A MM & JUDGE ALSO/

You can get the affidavit filed by them while joining duries. If you find the judges/ MM going agsinst their affidavits with a criminal intent to benefit opp party then of course but that will be a tough process but still there is a ray of hope.

Remember that, Criminal Defamation can also be filed against a MM/JFC/PJ/DJ etc if they deliberately & intentionally defame your reputation.

If anybody has any problem with these corrupted judges then immediately file petition to the chief justice of that court.

Also plan for Criminal Writ.
