Whether a consumer who sold his flat still a consumer

I sold a flat in July 2022 and resigned from the society of flat owners during July 2022. While selling the flat I had a dispute regarding NOC for selling the flat for which I have taken the matter to Consumer Court. I am appearing in person. Now I am being asked that since you have resigned from the society and had sold your flat you are not a consumer under the act of 2019. Now can anyone give me some judgement of NCDRC, Supreme Court or anyone can help me to show that the case is maintainable in Consumer Court ?
