my wife do not live with me.
my mother transferred Property deed on my name in blood relation.
1. how she can cancel this deed . To protect from my wife.
someone asked me to give affidavit to DC . or. ??
2.. can she claim her share in my mothers Property . ( deed on my name)
how can I Save from her.

As per Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 'gifted' or transferred by the senior citizens in the name of their children after the year 2007 can now be reclaimed by them.
