Validating registry document

Dear Experts, Thanks in advance.

Recently I got my flat registered at Mahadevpura sub-registrar office which I bought from the builder.

2 queries:

1. We found, each pages of the registry doc having signature of builder/partner but instead of purchasers (me & spouse) signatures.Only last page contails purchasers (me & spouse) signatures. It is compulsary that each pages of the registry document must contain signature of all parties?

2. Also, the builder has not given me original payment reciept to us saying, I can collect from sub-registrar office. He told he has missed to collect the reciept due to heavy rush on registration day.

I have taken the scan copy (pdf) of entire registry/xerox of reciepts after the completion of registry. I think all documents will go to LICHFL from where I have taken the loan. Shall we ask/force the builder to arrange the reciept?

Best Regards

kindly chk with subregistar office about signature part, the builder has to get rcpt from the office, generally  LIC staff use to collect it after handing over the payment, it is the duty of the bank or financial institution to collect the recpt and go for collection of registered documents from the registar office, i donot understand why they failed in this case.
