Hello Experts.
I have not recvd my 8 months salary in 2021 even after I resigned in August 2021. The company in Delhi promised me that I will be paid if I keep working. I kept working for 3 months on that promise but they still did not paid.
What are my chances now? What can I do?
Please help. I am stressed. Plz suggest lawyers in Delhi too.

Issue legal notice and approach tribunal or labour court or. Civil court which has jurisdiction to try it
